F. Edmund Lynch
F. Edmund Lynch, born in Wilmington, Delaware, attended Mount St. Mary's College and University of Richmond Law School where he was a member of the McNeil Honor Society. Member of the Delaware and Virginia Bars since 1965. He is a principal of the law firm of Woloshin, Tenenbaum, Lynch, Natalie & Gagne, P.A. He served as Chairman of the subcommittee of the Decedents' Trust and Estates Committee of the Delaware Bar Association that redrafted Delaware's probate code; Chairman of the Decedents' Trust and Estates Committee from 1973 to 1975; State Chairman of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association and is a Fellow of the American College Trust and Estate Council. He has been awarded the designation Accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planning Councils. A frequent lecturer on topics relating to estate planning and probate, he is a past Member of the Board of the Estate Planning Council of Delaware. Former attorney for Legislative Council, Delaware State General Assembly.
